Pictured above is Karl F. Geiger Jr., who founded the company in 1939. Karl operated the business until 1989 when Wayne D. King purchased the company and owned and operated it until 1996 when Wayne N. Geiger became a partner and Wayne and Wayne are still currently running the business.
